Change in Warranty Terms

As we continue to deal with product constraints and material shortages hard choices have to be made. It is with this in mind that we at Premier are making changes to our warranty on products we build. Effective immediately all remanufactured printers that are deemed "Color" printers and MFPs will carry SIX MONTHS of warranty coverage. Monochrome machines remain 12 MONTHS. Reason for this change is primarily due to limited durability in the OEM equipment. Product is still rebuilt in-house with the best available labor and components.
