Remanufactured Warranty and Return Policy Updated Dec. 2021


All warranty calls/issues are to be directed to our Warranty Department. Customers should speak to their sales representative & tech support before being forwarded to the warranty department.


Standard Remanufactured Printer Warranty:

Premier remanufactured printers carry the following warranties on all non consumable parts. Monochrome (black print only) printers are covered for 12 months. Color machines (those with an ETB) are covered for six months. Any consumable parts such as fusers, rollers,

etc… will be covered for six months from the purchase date of the unit and prior to the printer duty cycle. Warranty covers defects in product & workmanship only. This does not include network support, computer support, or compatibility issues.

All Warranties will be handled at our discretion. The parts/printers will be shipped to you for your replacement only. This is not a service contract, onsite service is not included.

Ground shipping is included for the first 90 days from the printer purchase date. If customer requests overnight shipping, shipping charges will be their responsibility. An ARS (Authorized Return Service) tag will be provided for the return of any parts or printers within the first 90 days. After 90 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

All warranty printer parts sent out must be approved by our Tech Department.

If the printer part was not approved and later proven to be the wrong part or did not fix the problem, customer will be responsible for shipping both ways, regardless of the 90 day warranty period.

Warranty parts/printers will be billed to customers account and credited only when the defective parts/printers are returned. Credit will be applied to warranty invoice only.




Refurbished Parts Warranty:

Parts are covered six months from the date of purchase and prior to the printer duty cycle. Warranty covers defects in product & workmanship only.

Return Policy: All warranty items, new returns, and core returns must have an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and be returned in the original packaging for credit. RMA number must be on any paperwork or referenced on the outside of the box of all returns. If original packaging is not available, customer is responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. All items must be

returned within 30 days for credit. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and credit cannot be issued until the item is returned and inspected. Any special order items will be credited at our discretion.
